Description of the role

As Global Brand Lead, you will report to the Sr VP Corporate Communications and oversee all aspects of Olam Agri's global brand. The Global Brand Lead's activities span corporate branding, developing corporate materials (collaterals, fact sheets, presentations), supporting countries/businesses with their branding needs, working with agencies, and collaborating with HR and other communication teams on campaigns. A key focus is storytelling, both improving how stories are told and developing better stories to tell. You will also lead internal brand engagement, coordinate brand presence at events and offices, and support trademark registration and protection. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work across different time zones.

Summarized the main responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement brand strategy: ensure brand consistency and embedding across the organization;
• Collateral and Campaign creation: focus on storytelling and crafting compelling narratives;
• Team Mentorship: lead, mentor and develop a team of two brand executives (Rotterdam and India).

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate (> 8 years experience) is a proven corporate brand and corporate communications leader and has worked in B2B-focused organizations. You are curious, adaptable and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. You take ownership and responsibility and you are comfortable working across cultures and time zones. 

• Experienced in corporate brand communications and content development;
• Strong collaborative and project management skills.
• Must be located in the Netherlands, fluent in English.
